"It was "okay," but the replies were slow"
The site worked fine overall, but I ended up waiting longer than I expected for updates. Support did get back to me eventually, so it wasn’t a total hassle, but the response time definitely felt a bit "slow." Not terrible, but not something I’d call great either

"Checkout was really tough with a screen reader"
I tried using the site with my screen reader, but a lot of the buttons didn’t have labels, so I couldn’t tell what I was selecting. I ended up getting stuck and couldn’t finish checkout. I reached out to support and they basically said, “thanks for flagging it, we’ll pass it along,” which was polite, but it didn’t really help me complete my order.

"Felt pressured and still no refund"
I tried to cancel and get a refund, but the whole process has been really frustrating. I felt pressured the entire time, like they were making it harder than it needed to be, and I’m still sitting here waiting for my money back.

"Parking situation really needs to be addressed"
The visit started off frustrating because parking was a mess. I drove around longer than expected, ended up parking far away, and had to walk more than I planned. If you don’t already know the area, the location feels kind of inconvenient too. The service itself was okay, but getting there was such a hassle that I ended up bringing it up with staff because it really affected the whole experience.

We used Beyond Monet to help organize our company event, i feel like it went really well. The team was easy to talk to, kept everything moving, and somehow made the whole process feel way less stressful than I expected, which is what you want, right?
We did have one small last-minute change on our side, and they handled it quickly without making it a big deal. The guests seemed happy, everything looked polished, and overall I think they did a great job. I’d definitely use them again.

"Really nice vibe inside"
I really liked the vibe here. It had this calm, artsy feel without being too loud or overwhelming. The lighting was lovely too — I don’t know, maybe I’m making too much of it, but it made the whole visit feel a little more special

I tried beyondmonet.com for some music stuff. Sound was good, honestly. Clear. Not flat or dull like I’ve run into on a few other sites. There was a tiny bit of lag once, and it took me a minute to find the track I wanted. Nothing major though. I’d use it again.

"Helpful staff, no pressure"
The staff helped me out really quickly. I thought they might try to push something extra on me or make it more complicated than it needed to be, but that didn’t happen at all. Super easy experience.

"Artwork presentation feels messy"
I’ll be honest, the artwork presentation just didn’t really work for me. It felt a bit messy and not as polished as I expected, which was disappointing. I appreciate the effort, but I can’t say I was impressed.

"Pretty happy with it overall"
I used beyondmonet.com and didn’t run into any real problems. To me, the whole thing felt straightforward and it worked basically the way I hoped it would. Nothing felt overly complicated, which I appreciated. I’d be comfortable using it again.

"Got my tickets, but it was more of a hassle than it needed to be"
I did end up getting my tickets, so that part worked out, but the whole process felt slower than it should have. I kept checking for updates and waiting on support to get back to me, which just felt like wasted energy for something that should’ve been simple. It was okay in the end, just not a great experience

"I’ve been going through the educational..."
I’ve been going through the educational stuff on Beyond Monet, and yeah, it’s been helpful so far. It’s easy to follow, and it doesn’t feel overly complicated, which I appreciate since I’m still learning. I do think some sections could use more real-life examples, though… like, just to make the ideas click a bit better. But overall, it’s a solid site and I’d give it 4 stars.

"Looks great, but I’m still a little skeptical"
The visuals are really nice and it was immersive to watch. That said, I kept wondering if some of it was a bit dressed up to look better than it actually is, but overall I did enjoy the experience.

Took the kids and they had a good time, so that’s kind of the main thing. It wasn’t a big hassle for us either, easy to deal with from start to finish. Nothing fancy to explain really, just a solid option for the family

I used Beyond Monet for the price, I’m happy with it. I was kind of in a hurry at the time, so I was hoping everything would be super straightforward. Most of it was fine, though a couple parts could’ve been a little smoother. Still, I didn’t feel like I overpaid, and overall it felt like a decent value. I’d probably use it again.
